AVP - Legal Entity Control - BFS - CA

Our client is a global financial services company with offices across the globe. They specialize in multiple lines of businesses such as wealth management, private banking, retail banking, corporate banking, and institutional banking. They are hiring for an AVP- Legal Entity Controller for their regulatory team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Responsible for financial control and regulatory reporting activities including month end financial closing.

- Work closely with the regulatory reporting team and support them with data and reports.

- Build and maintain relationships across teams, assist and resolve accounting related issues and queries

- Conduct periodical process reviews and collaboration across internal teams to mitigate any operational risk.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- CA with minimum 6 years of proven experience in financial services industry.

- Statutory audit experience is a must along with global exposure.

- Sufficient knowledge of the contents of financial statements such that regulatory queries related to financials can be understood.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver as well as being able to adapt to changes.
