Our client is a leading PE funded financial services company operating in the consumer, SME and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the organization's goals by developing and growing capability across the organization.
- Interface with business and HR leaders to uncover organizational improvement needs, explore potential solutions and develop and implement learning and development strategies that meet objectives of the business.
- Work with external training partners on the design & delivery of behavioral/management & leadership programs. Identify the right training partners.
- Manage training budgets and ensuring maximum return on investment of any training or development program.
- Prepare training calendar for the year and ensure adherence.
- Design and deliver behavioral training programs.
- Design the onboarding & induction plan.
- Ensure the quality of learning experiences within the organization is innovative, effective and relevant.
- Provide executive level consultation and coaching services on effective organizational design, leadership practices, and employee performance.
- Coach, mentor and challenge staff by providing best-in-class L&D expertise.
- Drive a performance-driven culture in the organization through timely goal setting, periodic review of performance, annual appraisal, promotions, performance feedback, counseling etc.
Experience :
- 10-15 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of L&D and OD
- Experience in a startup or consulting for a startup
