AVP- Learning and Development

Urgently looking for AVP/ Senior Manager- Learning and development for an MNC client.

Responsibility:

- To design and support T&D team by planning and implementing the Operations and Budgetary processes.

- Ensure effective delivery of training on operational and other related process.

- Manage Vendor and stakeholders.

Qualification:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience into operations centre.

- Delivered Operational training in BFSI industry or ITES industry in BFSI domain.

- Experience in L&D operations which includes complete process from budgeting, designing to delivery of training.

- Very good communication skills.

- Will prefer exposure in working in MNC environment.
