The role needs to develop yearly strategy and plans in alignment with business objectives
- Regularly engage and review with business stakeholders to understand business context, skill gaps and needs or priorities
- Address learning needs and/or employee induction for multiple service lines / sub-service lines - Use appropriate techniques for training need diagnosis, data capture, analysis, and summary/reporting
- Develop and deliver suitable interventions to address skill gaps in a timely fashion
- Plan, execute and monitor quarterly calendar - across analytics, tech, soft skills, leadership and managerial
- Utilize multiple modes such as self-learning, gamification, social learning, etc. to facilitate learning
- Develop/refresh training content and assessments where required
- Measure and help refine the impact and experience of L&D programs
- Org wide communication to inform, encourage, celebrate learning and learners
- Manage relationships and projects with external partners for L&D as required
- Partner/network with Marketing, IT, Admin and Finance as required for People initiatives
- Use relevant research to improve the quality of HCM practices (including L&D)
- Plan and manage yearly L&D budget
Qualifications and Experience
- Mandatory Masters in Business Administration with preferred specialization in Human Resources/ Psychology
- 14-16 years of managing L&D budget, scale (BU location), senior business stakeholders management.)
- Expertise in conducting multiple program types - Induction / campus, manager development, certification, hi-potential LMS, LXP, online learning / content providers, L&D analytics
- Should have experience in content development and ability to assess the organization needs
- Exposure to HR Technology and assess viability to implement the relevant technology for the organization
- Certification in Psychometric assessments (Harrison assessments)
- Coaching certification (or in-progress) - Strength's coaching, ICF, other
