AVP - Learning and Development
- The Learning and Development, AVP is responsible for coordinating, facilitating and reinforcing corporate-wide training courses to new, existing line and managing the team and resources to facilitate ongoing learning.
Principal Responsibilities:
- The Learning and Development, AVP is responsible for the conducting the need analysis for skills gaps at all levels in the organization and is responsible for development and delivery of behavioral training programs to address these gaps.
- Creates and/or delivers soft-skill foundational curriculum's in support of developing organizational leaders
- Regularly coaches Managers and employees to turn skills learned in training into application and impact in their respective departments
- Responsible for co-partnering with AVP, Training to roll out Organization Development interventions.
- Leads the coordination and administration of corporate training courses
Required Skills:
- 6-8 years of soft skills facilitation experience in an organizational setting, 3-5 years management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
