AVP - Learning & Development - BFSI

Role : AVP (People management)

- Role incumbent will be responsible for driving Learning and development strategy for the site as a whole, creating L&D roadmaps, designing a Career development framework for senior roles etc

- Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years industry experience with minimum of 8-9 years in implementing L&D strategies across multiple locations and handling a team of trainers and learning specialists

- Experience in the BFSI industry would be a plus
