Job Description : Reporting into the Head-Learning & Development, Creating a Learning environment, Partnership with Business, Execute best in class learning interventions & Build Learning Expertise
- Responsible for needs analysis, solution design and delivery of the interventions in line with the business requirements
- Partner with stakeholders on individual needs identification, program nomination, attendance and effectiveness of the programs
- Own effectiveness of the interventions delivered to the business
- Strong linkage to the regional client coverage teams for functional programs
- Partner L&D Program Managers to leverage available solutions
- Create business specific interventions as and when required - responsible for effectiveness
- Coordinate with L&D Operations for delivery of the interventions and manage cost
The Successful Candidate: As a successful candidate:
- You should have 10+ years of experience in Competency based Training, Adult Learning Principles, Training Delivery.
- Candidates from financial services will be given high preference
