AVP - Leadership Development
Job Role
a. Focus on building the talent pipeline at the mid to senior levels with focus on identification and conceptualizing relevant leadership development programs for the functional, cost center, and P&L leaders
b. Sustained focus on driving the discipline in facilitating talent process at mid/senior levels
c. Drive career management process which includes focusing on talent reviews and assessments
d. Improve the internal talent market efficiency within the group by putting in place appropriate policies and processes
4. Should have exposure to talent management
