AVP - Real Estate Procurement Lead

Our client is world's leading multinational Financial Institute and provides its clients internationally diversified services across the globe. It has a long tradition of meeting the complex financial needs of a wide range of clients, offering advisory services, comprehensive solutions and innovative products to companies, institutional clients and high-net-worth private clients globally, as well as retail clients. They are hiring for an AVP-Real Estate Procurement Lead

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- RFPs proposal creation and review, negotiating using complex pricing model and vendors for real estate.

- Leading contracts and reviewing Terms & Conditions, interpreting and revising clauses in the contracts to identify risk and challenges.

- Project Management, problem resolution, new property acquisition and renewals

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 8+ years of relevant experience with global companies with multiple sites/shared services.

- Vendor management, contract management, real estate and facilities management.

- Strong PPT & EXL skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Precious experience in global real estate procurement.
