Senor Manager/Lead - Product

Job Responsibilities:

- Partner onboarding and managing change requests across partnerships.

- Develop and execute the product roadmap, defining and prioritising features and revenue growth.

- Work closely with external & internal partners to devise the most optimal business-technology solution.

- Develop and implement technology governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

- Manage the technology project portfolio, including project prioritisation and resource allocation.

- Implement and maintain delivery tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely and successful project completions.

- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that technology project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project management and governance processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Experience : Min 4 yrs.

- Experience in implementation and integrating services on unsecured Loans.

- Experience in dealing with Banks, NBFCs, FIs and strong Product background is a must.

- Must provide functional / technical leadership on projects and lead internal as well as external team members.

- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions and track performance metrics.

- Flexibility to work in a start-up environment and ability to solve problems.

- Education - Bachelor/ Master degree from a tier 1 college only.
