- The person will be responsible for managing Investment and Distribution support group in Pune which support various functions like Investment Management Support, FI and Equity Research, Investment Compliance/Risk, Product Development and Marketing Communications.

- The ideal candidate should have around 6-10 years of total experience out of which 4 to 5 years in supervisory role in financial service industry.

- The person should have strong knowledge of FI products, have a good understanding of Credit research/concepts and/or worked on research/investment support/investment risk areas.

- He/She should be able to handle the such team hence strong conceptual knowledge is a must.

- The person should be a go-getter and should be very proactive.
