Detailed Responsibilities:
- Logical understanding of business
- Responsible for driving new client acquisition through digital sales team.
- Will be responsible for driving sales of Equity based investment products.
- Responsible for handling TL and Team which will identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.
- Responsible for driving achievement of targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required
- Manage digital sales/ acquisition of customers for demat.
- Manage the acquisition across all channels of acquisition including the call center
- Identify and work on the lead process flow, drop offs, improvement in customer journeys
- Work towards achieving the account opening targets, TATs, quality, etc
- Work with partners/ fintechs for achieving account opening goals
- Support on overall acquisition strategy.
Job Requirement:
- B.E/B.Tech with MBA (Tier 1 B-School) is preferred
- 10 to 14 years in management consulting/strategy/business intelligence
- Should have experience in Process Reengineering, Customer Retention & Acquisition, Digital Sales, Team Handling of Team Leaders
- Should have managed entire customer life cycle, customer journey digitally.
