Role: - Responsible for program managing the large deals (presales) - Line up the sales teams on the targets for large deals - Work with sales and relevant CFTs in driving the large deals and increase the win rate - Work towards developing win strategies for large deals - Develop deal assessment plans that covers all aspects to increase the win rate - Set-up dashboards to track performance by various sales teams - Recognise key areas that needs focus in addressing to improve our competitiveness Must haves: - Ability to understand the sales opportunities nuances - Ability to think horizontally and deep from both calculated and pre-emptive perspectives - Strong orientation for sales with a clear drive for joint winnings - Strong ability to understand the products and their value propositions - Qualification: BE/Btech + MBA - Experience: 12 - 15 years of Sales and Business Development experience in service provider domain in cloud service providers, Telecommunications, etc.
