AVP - Large Deals - IT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build and maintain relationship with private equity firms

- Work with private equity firms to proactively develop large scale deals which includes transformation and outsourcing

- Drive large scale deals related to carve-out (buy-side), M&A/rollup, cost take-out, and transformation for private equity portfolio companies

- Work with client and internal executives to drive proactive large deals in private equity portfolio

JOB REQUIREMENTS -

- Strong experience leading complex strategic deals pursuit involving multiple service lines

- Excellent knowledge of carve-out (buy-side/sell-side) and M&A

- Strong experience in carve-out/M&A (buy-side/sell-side) IT due-diligence, pre-planning, Day1, and post-day 1 activities

- Led at least 5 carve-outs and 5 M&A integrations - must have IT due-diligence, M&A IT integration and outsourcing experience

- Strong experience in solutioning and structuring large complex deal with transformation and outsourcing

- Strong experience in business and commercial negotiations in private equity setting

- Top tier management consulting experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Knowledge of one of Retail, Utilities, Manufacturing or BFSI industry will be beneficial

- Results oriented, organised, highly motivated and - detail-oriented with a high level of energy/high sense of urgency

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- 5-10 years of experience working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies

- 5-10 years of strong experience in carve-out, M&A/rollup, and transformation for private equity portfolio companies

- 5-10 years of top tier management consulting firm experience

- Must have IT due-diligence, M&A IT integration, IT Carve-out (buy-side) and establishing day 1 and post day IT operations and system experience

- Running large and complex multi service line pursuits

- Understanding of various consulting, service delivery framework

- Good understanding of sourcing strategies, benchmarking and advisory offerings

- Create strategy for large, complex IT and operation transformation
