- SD, MM, PP/QM, PM, HCM, FICO, VC for 27 manufacturing facilities in India.

- SD, MM, PP/QM, PM, FICO for 6 manufacturing facilities in EU and USA.

- MTO for production planning and MTS for deliveries to expedite the SCM

- CBP and Forecasting based material planning with Variant Configuration

- SCADA - SAP Integration for QM, Weigh bride, Smart Meters, Energy consumption, Silos.

- Standard product casting - Standard and Moving average price

- Vendor evaluation, Negotiation, System Study and setting up the overall objective

- Identification and deployment of The Core-Team-Members (CTM)

- Cut-Over data collation, Cut-Over data validation, Master Data Management & Governance

Oracle Transport Management System :

- Implementation for effective SCM and deliveries

- Vehicle and Container Load optimization and effective treatment of left-over.

- Route optimization for shared deliveries and partial load.

- Vehicle planning, Detention minimization, and GPS tracking of vehicles.

Data Security / Confidentiality :

- Win-Magic end-point protection - for Laptop users

- AirWatch (Mobile Device Management) - for Mobile users

- GDPR compliance for EU customer and employee's data via Data Leak Prevention tool like Fideliy
