1. Should be well versed with latest Software development technologies viz. AI, RPA, ASP.NET, Python, PHP, iOS and Android Mobile development platforms, Data Analytics, etc. along with IT Staffing and Systems Integration expertise.

2. Candidate should have excellent sales experience of minimum 10+ years in Software products, Software Services, AI, RPA products Off shore, onshore, off site software staffing System Integration Business vertical

3. Candidate should have experience of managing Sales and Marketing Team, Project Management, etc.

4. Candidate should have experience of building, leading and managing a team of salespeople within an organization and with partners.

5. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

6. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
