Job Purpose :  - Prioritize, manage demand and drive IT initiatives for Client (e.g. Automation Projects, IT & SAP Applications, IT Infra or Security Projects)  - Translate business requirements into IT implications & define value proposition for Mundra  - Partner with business teams to drive IT Enablement and growth  - Deliver increased efficiency, performance and cost optimization through IT initiatives  - Plan, govern and monitor IT projects, services and operations at Mundra  Key Accountabilities :  1. Develop cross-cutting knowledge of ports processes at Mundra and leverage it to drive IT enablement. Drive the vision of Digital Ports  2. Aggregate and prioritize demand for BU IT projects / change requests for Mundra port & logistics  3. Define and document the value proposition, technical requirements, risk assessment and preliminary budget estimate for IT demand from Mundra  4. Identify requirements that have implications on central IT apps/ infra and communicate them to Corporate IT demand managers for further review and implementation  5. Coordinate between business and IT stakeholders (e.g. Corporate IT demand managers, project managers, Enterprise Architect etc.) to ensure alignment between IT demand and supply  6. Validate and Monitor project timeline, schedules, work plans, and cost estimates/ projections prepared by the IT service partner  7. Monitor vendors execution of BU IT projects at Mundra port to ensure that deliverables meet the planned time, cost and quality specifications  8. Create and circulate periodic progress reports for projects, highlighting key issues and decisions required  9. Ensure deliverables are compliant with the IT Architecture & Standards (involve Corporate IT architecture team as required)  10. Identify and manage project risks; collaborate with vendors to establish plans to mitigate risks and identify improvements in project development  11. Collate demand for IT assets at Mundra port (for projects and ongoing operations); prepare and share the BOM with BU CIO for sourcing  12. Facilitate resolution of service delivery issues at Mundra port by supporting with local coordination between IT Service Partner and business stakeholders  Edu. Qual.:  - B.E/MCA/M.Tech in IT/CSE  - Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus  Relevant Exp.:  - 15-20 years exp.   - From total exp. min 10+ years of experience in System Automation and Integration experience   - From total exp. min.. 05+ years of IT leadership experience preferred in Ports & Logistics IT is required, where ability to manage IT portfolio specific to Ports & Logistics is clearly demonstrated , 4+ years in demand & portfolio management work where progressive growth and supervisory experience has been demonstrated   - Prior experience in Ports & Logistics IT systems and applications is preferred.  - SAP and oracle based business applications  - Applications (90% weightage) than infrastructure (10%).
