1. Operations & Documentation
- Managing the Capacity planning, Disaster recovery, Ensuring compliance to the wintel platforms
- Managing the current Wintel Infrastructure & supporting Infrastructure application
- Maintain an updated list of documents related to process and SOP's for the end user. Periodic updation of the documents
2. Vendor Management
- Vendor Management and ensuring that the Weekly and monthly review with the Vendor.
- Working with the vendor to ensure that all end users issues are resolved to satisfaction.
3. Incident Management/ Problem Management / Change Management process adherence
- Work with the vendors and issues are resolved within SLA's.
- Do comparative study and analyse trending data and identify potential areas/ issues by proactively working with the Problem management team
- Work with Vendors and raise relevant Change Management related to end users
4..Routine Operations Management
- Work with other support groups and vendors to provide seamless support to customers.
- Monitor, analyze and address reliability and performance issues.
- Analyze problems, develop creative solutions and assess risks/benefits.
- Develop strategies for resolving them and preventing future occurrences.
- Work with 2nd level support group to assist with application design/development/upgrade testing and implementation.
- Assess and address compliance with applicable IP Policies, Standards and Technical controls.
5 Security policy adherence and compliance.
6 New infra./ app. release management
- Ensure smoother rollout of new applications from end user perspective which includes.. CMDB updation, SOP, training, technical documentation etc.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential - Graduate minimum in IT, Post Graduate preferred.
