AVP - IT Infrastructure & Applications - BFSI

The incumbent should be a B.Tech Computers / MCA or equivalent with experience in strategy Planning, IT Operations Execution, Designing and implementing IT strategies and infrastructure. vendor relations , managing multiple applications and lending solution for NBFC, Fintech Companies.

The incumbent will be responsible for -:

- Leading company's technology strategy, execution, and operations. Leads team of IT staff.

- Designing and implementing IT strategies and infrastructure.

- Identifying and eliminating security risks.

- Analyzing business requirements for IT needs and systems. Strong competency is managing vendor realtions and negotiations.

- Leading the teams for managing multiple applications like SAP, Tally, any lending solution for operation.

- Data warehousing, architecture and networking

- Information Security Audits, identifying Gaps and mitigate them.

- Developing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure IT systems' resilience in the face of disruptions.

- Ensuring efficient practices by recommending improvements in processing capability, user interface and security designs.
