AVP - IT Governance & Planning

- Proven experience in delivering Projects and products as delivery Project manager

- Proven experience in supporting IT Planning and Budgeting

- Insurance experience to Challenge the estimations and delivery plans

- Vendor Management Process understanding

- Understanding of IT Applications delivery process

- Managed and contributed in IT Planning exercise covering all areas like IT Operations, Delivery & Testing areas for estimation

- Managed Data Systems and contributed to Data Analytics as part of deliverable

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-starter and maintains positive attitude.

- Establish and maintain productive relationships internally and externally.

- Works as team player in a team environment.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in order to achieve shared goals and objectives

- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

- General knowledge of all aspects of the IT process

- Understanding of the Industry for Benchmarking and IT Planning

- Knowledge of the insurance domain, system or application

- Should have a client-convincing skill

- Should be able to challenge the teams on planning and deliveries
