AVP - ISDA Documentation - Financial Services Firm - LLB

Our client a leading financial services firm is looking for an Associate Vice President and Vice President with 6-12 years of experience for its offices in Mumbai with experience in drafting and negotiating ISDA Documents

Skills and Qualification Required - Drafting, Negotiation, OTC derivatives, securities/trade-related documents like ISDA, MRA, CDEA, ACA

1. Provide support to the documentation negotiators in the team in relation to the preparation and negotiation of ISDA documentation, GMRA, Clear Derivatives Execution Agreement, Non-disclosure, agreements, and any ancillary documents required for OTC derivatives and repurchase transactions.

2. Law graduate with relevant experience in financing/derivatives is preferred. Legal qualification is a must

3. Excellent Communication Skills

4. Good quantitative skills and a strong interest in, business, economics and law.

5. Hardworking with team management experience

6. Proficiency and interest in systems development and technology.

7. Organized, pro-active, ability to multi-, task and work efficiently, detail-oriented and self-sufficient.
