Investor Services - Regulatory and Market Intelligence AVP

Closely work with the India/Regional Investor Services team for the following activities

Market Information :

- Monitoring of regulatory websites, securities market information websites and other related websites for market updates

- To analyze new regulations, market development and release summarized version of the same to clients in the form of market updates

- Release monthly newsletter on market developments - covering relevant aspects of Indian capital markets

- Prepare and maintain market guides relevant to custody clients

Regulatory Advocacy :

- Coverage of regulators, market intermediaries

- Organize information notes/ conference calls for clients for important events such as budget announcements

- Liaison with regulators, competitors as well as other market intermediaries

- Organization and participation in round-table discussions/conferences on industry relevant topics

- Supporting clients, relationship managers in regulatory questions and liaison with relevant regulatory contacts

Business Support :

- Support preparation of RFPs during sales pitches

- Briefing notes, Presentations on industry, product relevant subjects and during client visits

- Assist relationship managers with due diligence documents for clients

- Monitoring domestic media coverage of custody business and manage visibility initiatives

- Assisting on regional award pitches, and related communication

Product Management :

- Work on new product requirements, as well as implementation

- Coordination with regional management on product, risk and other business management activities
