Leading Wealth Management company hiring for AVP - Investor Relations

- Creating a robust investor relations strategy and framework comprising of continuous engagement with all stakeholders.

- Managing IR for a listed entity with reasonable market cap

- Understating of all funds of Private Equity & Real Estate with an AUM and each portfolio investment and solely handles all investor/distributor queries

- An active member in Fund Raising Team. From on-boarding a client to helping him during the investment due course at various levels

- Undertaking multiple individual & group calls / meetings with distributors and investors, point blank sessions and huddles for Sr. management

- Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings, conference calls and AGMs

- Preparing and assisting of investor/corporate presentations, analysing shareholding patterns, communicating with analysts & investors, tracking industry and peers.

- Ability to analyse and understand Business requirements, Customer-value maximization, Developing new business processes and Revenue streams.
