Job Description - As AVP - Investor Relations, the candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, contributing to the organization's strategic growth and financial success.

The role will work directly with the CEO and CFO of the firm

Description :

1. Investor Communication: Develop and execute a comprehensive investor communication strategy to effectively articulate the company's financial performance, strategic initiatives, and growth prospects. Act as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.

2. Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to prepare and communicate financial results, earnings releases, and annual reports. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

3. Fund Raising: Lead the Debt as well as Equity Fund Raising for the firm


4. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key stakeholders. Arrange and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and other relevant events to enhance the company's visibility in the investment community.

5. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market sentiment to provide insights on potential impacts and opportunities for the organization. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments that may affect investor sentiment.

6. Strategic Messaging: Collaborate with senior leadership to craft consistent and compelling messaging for investor presentations, conference calls, and other communication platforms. Ensure alignment of messaging with the company's strategic objectives.


7. Analyst Coverage: Foster relationships with research analysts covering the company and provide them with accurate and relevant information to support their coverage and analysis.


8. Earnings Calls: Lead the preparation and execution of quarterly earnings conference calls and related materials, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and cohesive messaging.


9. Investor Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from investors and analysts to identify areas for improvement in the company's investor relations strategies and initiatives.


Profile:

- 6-10 years of progressive experience in Investor Relations within the BFSI industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and investor communication practices.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.


- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.


- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.


- Proficiency in financial analysis, modelling, and presentation tools.


- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
