Job Description: Investor Relations: ~30% Regularly interacting with and updating the largest investors, domestic and international - Addressing investor queries on a need basis - Creating, innovating and publishing need based, monthly, quarterly and annual reports - Attending investor calls, channel partner events, roadhsows etc on an ongoing basis - Take ownership of investor queries and address then in a quality, time bound fashion - Third Party RE Funds &amp; Market Intelligence ~15% Tracking competition and real estate sector, including macro economic outlook and product performance - Liaisoning with third party vendors on and communicating product performance to IIFL investors who have invested in third party products - Propose investment themes to form the basis of subsequent fund raises - Fund Management ~25% Coordinating with internal and external teams, including operations, finance, marketing, communications, custodian banks, R&amp;T Agents - Manage fund operations including capital calls, investments, distributions, taxation and reporting - Create robust processes and systems for tracking and reporting investment performance etc. - Create collateral for investor communication, fund raising, road shows etc. Compliance - 10% Work closely with the AMC compliance team to help manage the statutory reporting and other requirements - Coordinate with consultants for ESG audits etc. Audit and Finance - 10% Take ownership of ongoing process, risk, statutory and other audits - Co-ordinate the reporting, compilation and publication of fund financials Asset Management: - 10% Create a consolidated picture of investments for management as well as investor reporting - Working with the credit and risk teams to create robust asset tracking and management processes Team Management: Ongoing: - Play a senior role in the fund management, operations and IR team - Train and mentor members of the RE team Key Requirements: - Understanding of Private Equity/ AMC/ AIF/ Financial Products - Ability to manage and service critical consumer relationships - Ability to work in high-growth, unstructured environments - Understanding of the real estate investments / fund operations space preferred - Demonstrated initiative and drive to grow - Good presentation and communication skills essential - Interpersonal skills - ability to work with and manage internal and external stakeholders - Occasional travel to address key investor queries, fund raising roadshows etc
