- Candidates having rick exp in Investment / Retail banking Operations

- Candidates should be from ITES/BPO domain

- Education - MBA in Finance or CA or post graduate in Finance

Responsibilities/Authorities

1. Co-ordinate and analyze operational and service management metrics and reports

2. Identify trends in the mortgage process metrics, develop and maintain processes and procedures

3. Support the continued development of mortgage processes by conducting research

4. Review and analyse periodic reports and metrics.

5. Ensure Service Level Agreements for the team are met.

6. Responsible for creating and providing functional and operational reports to executive management

7. Creating consistent methods for analyzing and reporting metrics. (including description of trends and meaning)

8. Identification of standard reports for appropriate metrics and audience (e.g. Client business units, service management, client corporate)

9. Develop, maintain, and update all process documentation.

10. Developing procedures that adhere to client policies.

11. Provide process improvement guidance / changes for review by leadership.

12. Work with management team to drive continuous improvement in the process.

13. Identifying deficiencies (tools, metrics and reports) and recommending solutions.

14. Continuously look for opportunities to improve metrics and the validation of the data.

15. Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback and training

16. Handle special projects as requested by mortgage management team.

17. Provide internal and external audit support, as requested.
