Responsibilities : 1) Business Delivery: Achieve the assigned revenue target. 2) Business Development : Product innovation and identifying white space opportunities. Conduct trainings for channels and their partners. 3) Execution of the sales strategy and dissemination of information to line wrt markets, performance new and existing products 4) Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous business delivery and business development. 5) Channel Partner management : Interaction with partners with regards to our product offerings 6) Initiate various drives to improve on business parameters 7) People Management : Appropriate team management and a team player. 8) Responsible for new product ideas and distribution line. 9) Execution of the ideas through new channels or existing channels is another key aspect of the role. 10) Regular interaction with channel heads to drive the agenda and numbers is a crucial aspect Desired Profile : 1) Strong financial products process and regulation knowledge, 2) MF and stock market knowledge is mandatory. 3) Well versed with various savings and investment avenues - their features, taxation, regulations, etc. 4) Market knowledge (stocks and mutual funds is essential) 5) Knowledge of IRDAI regulations. 6) Proficiency in MS Office is a must 7) Personal Attributes : Passionate, Positive, Good Listener, Strong communication, result orientation, go-getter
