Responsibilities: - End-to-end execution of transaction with a particular focus on M&A and PE. Leading the entire transaction including planning, client handling, analysis, valuation, financial modelling, documentation and smooth closure of the transaction. - Ensure effective execution of deals (M&A, PE, business restructuring, capital markets, etc). Brainstorm innovative ideas, solutions and proposals within the teams. - Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison including negotiations/ discussions on pricing or structuring. - Preparation of Pitch Books, research and analysis of industry and company specific trends.Discussion with investors, valuation, negotiations, legal documentation and closing for all transactions. - Organizing M&A/ PE collateral and detailed Information Memorandum's highlighting business and capabilities to solicit investment - Financial modeling across sectors for various PE, M&A transaction. Valuation of companies by building using/leveraging relevant valuation model/ techniques Candidate's Profile: - Financial and Analytical skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Familiarity with Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters - Organize work, manage multiple projects, coordinate with different people, meet deadlines - Attention to detail and process discipline - Drive things for a successful closure - Ability to listen, learn and understand - Positive attitude and bias for action - Ability to articulate complex in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
