Experience & Requirements :

- Looking a candidate who is highly analytical and detail oriented with strong 1 to 8 years relevant experience & focus on equity capital markets.

- With excellent Execution experience

- Should have excellent financial and business acumen

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to collaborate across levels of business to develop viable financial solutions

- Preparation of pitch book, CIM

- Business & Financial due diligence

- Capital & transaction structuring

- Financial analysis, modeling and valuation

- Roadshow & Investor presentation

- Securities Regulations

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Will be involved in the deal process from origination through to execution

- Handholding the client throughout the transaction

- Responsible for initial due diligence, preparation of pitch presentations, financial modeling and valuation models

- Liaison with the investors, domestic and international legal counsels, auditors, consultants, regulators, stock exchanges

- Maintaining client relationships for exploring future business potential
