One of the leading advisory services firm in the country helping businesses scale themselves across segments (HealthCare, Clean Energy, Financial Services and Food & Agri.) in Asia and Africa is looking to hire Investment Bankers in debt and equity from from mid-senior level. Responsibilities : 1) Responsible for supporting Debt/Structured finance origination, execution, preparation of term sheets and investor pitch material/presentations. 2) Work on credit analysis of identified situations - the ability to synthesize annual reports, working models etc. 3) Transaction Structuring to support client discussions in respect of structured finance deals, in respect of proactive follow-ups, and relationship-building at different levels of the client organization 4) Develop and manage institutional relationships with potential clients and Investors/ Financial Institutions 5) Mentor junior team members to create better delivery and leadership capability. 6) Over time, be able to support the development of thematics for the Structuring business - marketable ideas that could be pitched to clients Qualification : 1) Minimum 6-12 years of proven experience of Debt Syndication for companies, preferably in one or more of the Intellecap focus sectors (Financial Inclusion, Education, Healthcare, Clean Energy, Agri/ Livelihood) 2) Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and investment banking business 3) A good relationship with both domestic and international investors. 4) CA, CFA, MBA from Premium B-School or equivalent
