- Should be a corporate finance / consulting professional with 4-7 year work ex  - Have experience of working on advisory mandates in the technology sector  - Have an excellent understanding of various business drivers in the sector  - Have an excellent understanding of the recent developments within the sector  - Should be focused on deal execution and supporting the deal sourcing team  - Be able to engage closely with promoters and management teams of clients  - Be able to lead discussions during meetings / calls with clients  - Be a top-quartile performer in current employment  - Have a track record of successfully working on and closure of mandates  - Be a team-player  - Role would be based out of Mumbai and would involve travel.
