AVP - Investment Banking

We are looking for an Investment Banking Associate Vice President (AVP) with 8-10 years of experience in private equity (PE) or venture capital (VC) to join our team. The AVP will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of investment banking transactions, including origination, underwriting, and closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PE/VC industry and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

- Originate and structure investment banking transactions

- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients

- Negotiate and close transactions

- Manage relationships with clients and other investment bankers

Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of experience in PE/VC

- MBA or equivalent degree

- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong interpersonal skills
