- To grow and manager the International rep network directly and through our International Offices
- To lead a team of Territory managers and Internal Sales Engineers
- To Head and explore new International Markets, Institutional sales and customer development, pricing. Analysis & assessment of marketing and sales data, increase volume from existing customers and simultaneous efforts to develop new customers etc.
- Will be responsible for managing the International Sales & Marketing for the assigned territories in all four territorials
- Expanding & Supporting existing & new network of our own group international representative offices dealer network.
- Ensure Targets achieved in International marketing & sales of industrial products to assigned territories
- Ensure that Export team meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve issues.
- Review and analyze existing process effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems. Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of International Business best practices.
- Market & competitor mapping with respect to globalization.
