AVP - Internal Control & SOX Compliance - Insurance

Title : AVP Internal Control & SOX Compliance

Role :

- Incumbent will be responsible for defining and be assisting/accountable for primarily managing tasks related to overseeing the ICFR(SOX)program.

- Will be responsible for risk assessment, scoping, ICFR governance, Quality assurance etc., for finance process

Desired Skill set :

- Preferably a qualified CA / CPA / CFA professional with over 12yrs of work experience in financial control, financial reporting, SOX controls and compliance etc.,

- Work exposure in Insurance industry and SAP work experience highly preferred and good to have.

- Should be open to travel and shifts.
