Internal Communications Group :

The group suggests collaboration with various teams within the organisation, right from the Corporate office to the vertical units.

Objective : Managing Internal Communications Globally

Role :

Team Management Role :

As a Communications professional, you will find a vast scope for your skills and expertise. Only a global BPM company, which relies entirely on its people strength can offer the kind of projects and resources that can make for an exciting career in Internal Communications.

The Internal Communications role goes much beyond the industry-known boundaries to include :

- Understanding / defining / creating communication frameworks and methodologies for its global presence

- Working with the global delivery center leaders and vertical leaders to create customized communication strategies (with the overall organizational goal in perspective)

- Plan and execute high-impact HR initiatives (liaising with all the HR Centers of Excellence)

- To plan and execute high-impact internal events and campaigns

- Using the digital medium effectively to create various new channels of communication

- To ensure the seamless execution of various communication mediums - Webcasts, Web chats, Intranet, Focused groups, Newsletters

- Benchmarking with industry-leading practices and implementing course corrections

- Creating tool kits and templates to ensure smoother and quicker communication flow within the organization

- Conduct internal surveys and support large corporate initiatives with strategy and communication

- Manage success metrics, budgets and MIS / reporting for the above-mentioned activities

- Manage crisis communications

Work Experience (10 / 11 years and above) :

- Hands on experience in managing internal communications (industry-agnostic)

- Experience of working in high-pressure environments with short deadlines

Other Requirements :

- Content writing

- Sense of design

- Ability to manage the team and steer it towards organizational outcomes

- Ability to work with vendors

- Ability to network well within an organization
