- Delivery of internal comms framework/plan, implementation of the plan and reporting  - Content management and communication - delivery/updation of all employee communication/ messaging related to the organization including creatives on intranet, website (where applicable), townhalls etc  - Identifying new channels to limit dependency on email communication  - Promote employee engagement through regular communication, internal branding and campaigns for all departments (Create/plan and implement imaginative, employee focused communication/ campaigns at multiple locations to launch and promote the company, its values and various achievements and initiatives)  Work with EXCO in identifying communication areas which needs employee cascade via different mediums  The job holder has to be a proactive player and has the freedom to act within his/her area of responsibility  - For any communication plan/campaign, he/she will have to have the buy-in/approval of the HOD/s but at the same time ensure that actions taken are as per the communication strategy, policies and processes  The job holder will have to manage a torrid pace of events and will:  - Continuously liaise with the CEO and the senior management  - Build positive relationships with all departments to identify newsworthy activities/initiatives/events and ensure smooth and regular flow of information to be cascaded to employees in an effective manner  - Prepare appropriate communication/messaging - have the achievements projected at the right forums, using the right tools in time/well within timelines  - Ensure cost control at every step and work within the given budget/s
