We are hiring for AVP- Internal Audit for a leading financial institution at Mumbai location Roles and Responsibilities: - Must have experience into Internal Audit within wealth management or investment banking operations - Must have taken care of risk and compliance - Should have team management experience Role reports to : VP Responsibilities: - Conduct reviews and audits of wealth management business areas and its support functions, e.g. teams responsible for AML and KYC processes - Analyze and assess key risks and barriers to delivery (e.g. financial crime, supervision, product suitability, investment suitability and management, market conduct, cross-border) assumed by both, the audited business and support functions - Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of controls designed to address those risks, provide practical, innovative and value-added solutions to issues identified
