AVP - Internal Audit - CA

Our client is a public limited NBFC and a 100% subsidiary of a large Indian bank.

It enjoys the best Short- & Long-term credit rating of CRISIL. For the last 3 years, the company's loan book has been growing with profits almost doubling consistently Y-o-Y. It has ~500+ branches in India and distributes Home Loans, Auto Loans, Personal Loans and SME loans. Iit has Gold Loans, Mortgages, Construction Finance, Business Loans, Corporate Finance and MSE-focused LAP as other product lines. Having established a footprint in the South, it is quickly expanding in MP, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Goa and Chandigarh. At present, the headcount is 2000.

Position - AVP Internal Audit

Location - Powai

Min 7-8 years of Post qualification experience (CA)

Key Responsibilities

- To examine and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's internal control systems and procedures and recommended corrective actions to improve operations, enhance internal controls and reduce cost.

- Be abreast with the requirements of Risk Based Internal Audit and adherence to the guidelines / performance of audit within the parameters prescribed by RBI.

- Applies solid understanding of how internal audit collectively integrates with line management and control functions to accomplish the objectives of the function and overall business.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant with a definite and specific exposure to Internal Audits, Business Process Improvement and Internal Controls & Risk Management. CISA/DISA will be an added advantage.

- Must have worked in NBFCs, HFCs or leading Banks in the Internal Audit function or should have extensive experience in the Internal Audit function with Large or Mid-Sized Audit
