Job Description –

Role & Responsibilities

- To support the Head of Int Audit in achieving the goals of the Internal Audit Department. Will be a key team member executing, supervising and driving various audit initiatives across the group entities in a collaborative and polite yet assertive in achieving within timelines. Ability to challenge one self, set higher goal, bring quality in what one does and to think innovatively will be required.

- To provide effective audit assurance that includes management planning, execution, monitoring, review and reporting on Internal Audit activities. Work as part of management team to provide effective audit assurance in the group entities.

- To be hands on and be result oriented, lead and drive the work plan and people in a dynamic and changing environment. Introduce and implement internal audit best practices and standards. Team capacity and capability building. To build and manage relationships across departments and entities and also build his visibility and eminence within the company as well as outside.

Key Competencies

Professional:

- Ability to understand and analyze diverse business performance and information systematically.

- Sound knowledge and experience in planning, execution, monitoring and review of risk based internal audits, good knowledge of business processes, risks, controls and compliances, of contract risks and of automated business and IT controls testing especially in Oracle and Axapta environment preferably in financial sector. Excellent documentation and report writing skills.

- Experience in enterprise risk management including fraud risk management.

- Proven experience in managing and bringing quality in audit - Audit quality, audit process improvement, audit tools and templates. Use of ACL / Audit Management Software etc. to increase productivity of audit processes.

- Provide inputs and guidance to the managers for the preparation of the audit plan. Review and make audit recommendations.

- Experience in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures including for IA.Knowledge and experience of working with the IT project development team to review IT controls and business process controls during the various stages in project development or after implementation; attend all relevant IT committee meetings as directed / nominated and provide value to the application development process.

Personal:

- Ability to team and manage team, take initiative and drive to job fulfillment. Collaborative and polite yet assertive. Ability to challenge one self, set higher goal, bring quality in what one does and to think innovatively will be required as a team member and leader.

- Demonstrate excellent communication with the team members. Assist and provide opportunities to team members in a fair manner.

- Provide timely feedback to the team members after each audit project or a collection of projects (depending on the size of the projects). Feedback may include aspects of technical competency, communication effectiveness, managerial effectiveness and auditee relationship.

- Share knowledge, experience and best practice with the team members.

Qualification - CA with DISA / CISA / CISSP

Years of exp. – Min 12-15 Years experience in Internal Audit

Industrial Exp. -:Banking and Financial Services Industry / Big 4 experience

CTC- 25-30 Lacs.(Depend on Current CTC)
