Purpose of the Job : &nbsp; Purpose of this role is performing full audits (internal, statutory and other audits), including risk management, control management, and assessing financial reliability. These processes ensure that compliance is met within all the company's systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Carry out Internal Audit of all Departments 2. Conduct and record controls self-assessment 3. Preparation of Action taken reports through regular follow up of audit queries with various functions 4. Coordinate with External Audit team for Internal Audit related activities 5. Analyse integrity and reliability financial information and means used for identifying measure, classifying and reporting information 6. Prepare audit plan for every Operation Divisions and develop schedule to conduct audits every year. 7. Convene periodical meetings with functional heads on control and risk issues and provide solutions Investigation of frauds and suggestions for plugging the loopholes for prevention in future 8. Examine records to assure apt transactions recording and comply with applicable agreements, laws and policies. 9. Recommend methods to enhance and improve control procedures. 10. Put in place a customer grievance Redressal procedure and ensure that the customer complaints are addressed in time to enhance the brand value of the company 11. Review of existing process and suggest areas of improvement that would enhance controls and simplify process flow 12. Designing and delivery of internal compliance training programmes and e learning modules 13. Ensuring the right checks and balances in the organization 14. Have Worked in Preparation of RCM and have hand on experience 15. Preparation of Internal compliance dash boards on a weekly basis to the senior management team 16. Experience in Internal Process Control and Internal Audit covering various streams like Branch Audits, Collections, Credit Underwriting, Retail Loan secured and Unsecured and other corporate functions. 17. Communicate and deal with senior management of the above various functions in relation to the audits 18. Perform Audit Lead responsibility and guide a team of auditors for the above functions 19. Provide training to new members of the audit team in the areas of Risk Management, and general audit practices 20. Develop and implement the Internal Audit strategy to ensure proactive identification and effective mitigation of business risks the above functions 21. Assist Head of Audit in defining and implementing audit plans, programs, techniques, procedures and frequency covering all aspects of business operations 22. Communicate audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees 23. Manage and perform internal audit projects recording existing control environment over business risk. 24. Evaluate control environment performance by test work. 25. Conduct audits working directly with all internal management levels as well as external clients. 26. Review existing company assets and ensure to maintain apt safeguards from all sorts of losses. 27. Analyze integrity and reliability financial information and means used for identifying measure, classifying and reporting information. 28. Review and record activities and plans defined by management to resolve issues identified by audit findings. 29. Examine records to assure apt transactions recording and comply with applicable agreements, laws and policies. 30. Direct planning, organizing and monitoring of internal audit operations. 31. Recommend methods to enhance and improve control procedures. 32. Prepare audit plan for every Operation Divisions and develop schedule to conduct audits every year. EDUCATION &amp; PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE : 1. CA / ICWA/ MBA with 5-8 years- of experience in similar Role. Experience in Finance /Banking Industry is a must 2. Preference will be given to candidates from NBFC /MFI /Banking Background 3. Be a self-starter with a demonstrated track record. 4. Willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing &amp; changing environment. 5. Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be proactive. 6. Ability to perform and work well under pressure; good analytical &amp; troubleshooting skills. 7. Must possess strong English communication skills - verbal and written. Knowledge of local language is preferred but not essential. 8. Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint is an essential pre-requisite for this job.
