AVP - Interchange & Chargeback Operations

We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for the below mentioned position

Head - Interchange and Chargeback operations

Responsibilities:

- Network settlement

- Reconciliation for credit and debit card settlement and billing

- charge back processing

- system parameter supervision

- Timely settlement with all the cards associations

- Reconciliation between association and host and ensuring accurate billing

- Conformance monitoring for chargeback processing

- Supervise parameter maintenance across Card ops for various enhancements / new launches

- Daily settlement of credit cards and debit cards to associations (MasterCard, Visa, Diners)

- Reconciliation between association and host accounts and timely resolution of exceptions

- Managing association related system enhancement and requirements

- Managing customer queries related to credit card billing and debit card offus transactions

- Managing Efficiency and productivity on all settlement/chargeback related activities

- Compliance to association rules and regulations with regard to settlement and chargebacks

- Tight controls over all the accounts and ensure effective proofing of accounts

- Ensure NIL loss due to incorrect/inadequate funding to associations

- Efficient chargeback mechanism & ensuring NIL losses due to missing timeframe/incorrect decisions

- Parameter maintenance related activities covering the entire ECS + system pertaining to Card Operations

- Coordination across all entities within bank relating to Operational losses and onward coordination with regional Operational Loss team at Singapore and New York for Reporting and allied activities

- Lead a team of 9 FTEs

Candidate Specifications:

- We are looking for CA/MBA from b - schools with 6 - 8 years relevant experience

- Effective people manager

- Ability to multi - task and work under pressure

- Excellent inter - personal communication skills, both written and verbal

- Good attitude towards work and willingness to learn & explore new initiatives
