- Devise Strategy to achieve the targets.

- Develop customer specific strategy to bag key Institutional clients & acquire business.

- Set up team in 10 - 12 cities & get them to source business.

- To manage & acquire new relationships & source business through them

- Train the team to sell products & monitor the performance.

- MBA with Around 8 – 12 years of relevant experience
