HA strong leader will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a proven track record of building a strong Inside Sales team experience and scaling sales operations and revenues very fast.
Experience Required : 10 Yrs - 15 Yrs
- Grow an Inside Sales organisation very fast, and build on success.
- Build, track and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve quarterly sales targets and build a broad base of repeat customer
- Rollout sales business rules, practices and policies to sales territories
- Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast
- Should lead the entire Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, and the effects of the problems
- Should have managed and lead a team to drive inside sales leads
- Should have generated record revenues through inside sales operations
