Union dealing :

Tactfully dealing with Union, Redressers of grievances to ensure smooth functioning of operations, Rapport building, Maintaining harmonious relation with Union, Analyze & plan strategy based on the group dynamics, Time to time appraise about Union activities, Guide about dos & don't to line managers etc.
