AVP - Human Resources - Tech Firm

We are looking for an AVP Human Resources for a Tech MNC to be based out of their Chennai office.

Job Profile:

- Responsible to build and lead a strong HR Operations Team

- Frequent interaction with the US Office

- Lead HR Operations

- Responsible to manage the HRMS

- Responsible to build dashboards and HR MIS.

- HR data analytics and presentation to the Management

- Lead HR Strategy, Policy & Operations for the organization

Requirements:

- MBA with 8 to 10 Years of HR experience

- Must have prior experience interacting with US Teams

- Must be from an IT Software Background

- Must be hands on with HRMS

- Must have HR leadership experience.

- Data driven individual with excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Result driven and TAT focused individual.
