AVP - Human Resources


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.

- Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new employees.

- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career advancement.

- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive offerings that attract and retain top talent.

- Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of changes in legislation.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Lead HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, productivity, and employee morale.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HR- related issues and support strategic business objectives

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR management or an MBA may be preferred.

- Minimum 8- 10 Years of experience required in HR Role.

- In- depth understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software is often required.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop long- term HR strategies that support organizational goals.

- High level of integrity and ethical conduct, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
