Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for all the HR activities related to one of the key business verticals of the company
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its performance drivers in order to develop and deliver effective HR programs and practices
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Directing the strategic framework for training and development, performance evaluation, staffing, induction, talent planning, employee relations etc.
- Talent Acquisition : Lead the growth agenda and be responsible for recruitment and hiring requirements
- Organizational Development : lead and drive organizational & engagement diagnosis through structured initiatives like surveys, individual employee conversations etc.
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Report to : CHRO
Qualifications/Requirements :
- 10-15 years- of experience in HR (BFSI experience is a plus, not mandatory)
- Pan Indian HR Ops experience is mandatory
- PG/MBA - HR from a reputable institute
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Be updated on HR best practices in the industry
- Ability to build a team
