Client Details
Our client is an Indian B2B manufacturing company based out of Pune. They are looking to hire a Head HR for one of their business lines with an employee base of approximately 100 people.
Description
Reporting to the Business Head your roles & responsibilities will include:
- Designing & creating the HR Strategy in line with the business vision
- Working closely with the senior stakeholders to drive talent management & talent needs locally to meet the business requirement
- Implementing and standardising of employee life cycle processes and policies across all locations in India
- Creating & executing processes to manage the entire employee life cycle with the team
- Driving end to end HR within the organisation
- Administering the Performance Management process
Profile
You come with 10-15 years of experience in a Corporate HR role with exposure in Sales HR Business Partnering. You have an MBA in HR from a reputed business school with experience in Heavy Machinery/Engineering/Mining or Chemicals Industry. You are well versed in HR processes & policies and can drive interventions. You are high on stakeholder management skills and are looking at taking the next step in your career.
