Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborating with the hiring managers to understand the requirement and ensure manning of all the functions across the zone in a cost effective manner.
- Finding the internal best fits for critical roles by actively engaging with internal stakeholders
Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Ensuring effective communication through branch visits, communication meets, town halls, new joinee onboarding etc.-
- Conducting regular Employee Engagement activities
- Handled employee grievances related to policy violations and indiscipline issues
- Facilitate continuous dialogue through regular communication (formal and informal)
- Periodic rewards & recognition
Performance Management System:
- Facilitate annual PMS process for the Zone
- Ensuring the Objective (Goal) Setting process completion
- Monitoring the overall PMS and ensure timely completion of Mid Term & Annual Reviews for all employees
- Completing the Normalization process by strictly following performance curve for each group with defined checks and ensure fairness in ratings as well as adherence to norms
HR Operations:
- Monitoring the HR Operations activities including joining formalities, appointment letter issuance, BGV closure, providing salary inputs of new joiners to payroll m-o-m; successful & timely closure of probation review of new joiners; maintaining Hiring, Background verification and Employee Referral Trackers; timely updation of HRMS.
Retention/ Attrition Management:
- Conducting exit interviews
- Doing attrition analysis for different functions
- Share insights with leadership team
