- Driving Human Resource agenda by partnering with business in providing solutions for production and productivity enhancement. Roles would include talent acquisition, managerial capability building and work environment management.

- Would be responsible for implementing the company's HR Strategies, Processes etc.

- Candidate should be MBA HR with Broad Spectrum HR Experience in delivering strategic HR, and a strong learning towards Talent Management, Development, Performance/Compensation planning.
